PURPOSE:To improve describability and maintenability of test procedure by providing a controlling device that executes test procedure and a data processing device that controls correlatively memories such as test result memory, test procedure control memory etc. CONSTITUTION:When test items are added or changed, a data processing device 11 interrelates a test procedure control memory 4, criterion memory 5, document from memory 6, CRT form memory 7 etc., and imaginarily forms a table in which number of test items is made consecutive numbers on a logical memory 12. Item number of a test, test procedure, document form, CRT form etc. are designated at the positions desired to add. The data processing device 11 adds respective number of test item to data inputted to corresponding test procedure control memory 4 - CRT form memory 7 based on test item number, and stores in test procedure control memory 4 - CRT form memory 7. |
