PURPOSE:To enable a cutting chip to be rapidly further easily discharged, by fixing a plurality of pellets having a hollow hole to a surface plate having a plurality of circulating holes for grinding fluid so that some or the whole of the circulating holes for the grinding fluid may be aligned to the hollow hole of the pellets. CONSTITUTION:A surface plate (A), having a plurality of circulating holes (F), fixes pellets (B) so that the circulating holes (F) may be partially or wholly aligned to hollow holes (H) of the hollow pellets (B), and grinding fluid is allowed to flow from a hose port (E) provided in an upper jacket cover (D) of the surface plate into a jacket part (C), here being supplied at an equal pressure and in a uniform flow to each circulating hole (F) and rapidly discharged together with cutting chips as shown by arrow heads in the drawing between a work (G) and a matrix of the hollow pellets (B). |
