PURPOSE:To obtain the titled burner comprising a vaporizing chamber in which tar is accumulated in a small amount by coating the inner surface of a metal vaporizing cylinder with an organic matter decomposing coating consisting of a high radiant material with high heat conductivity, an organic matter decomposing catalyst and a carbon-silicon-boron bound material, and keeping the temperature of the coated surface at a film boiling temperature. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of the vaporizing cylinder 1 is coated with an organic matter decomposing coat consisting of a high-heat conductive and high- radiant material 10, an organic decomposing catalyst 11 and a carbon-silicon- boron bounding material 12. When the temperature of the vaporizing surface is kept at a film boiling temperature by the above described vaporizing cylinder having the vaporizing surface and the liquid fuel 14 contain-non-volatile components 13 which are causes for generating tar, is vaporized, the volatile components in the fuel is vaporized in an extremely short period because of the presence of high-conductive and high-radiant material 10 in the coat, and non- volatile components which become causes for producing tar undergo oxidation decomposition, partial oxidation decomposition, or cracking, thus reducing the production of tar.
