PURPOSE:To achieve a shorter process and a lower cost by making a foamed layer formed by foaming a resin adhere to the end face of a molding after a mold frame for forming a foamed layer mounted on the end face of the molding is filled with a foaming resin. CONSTITUTION:Mold frames 3 and 4 for forming a foamed layer is mounted on the end face of a molding 1. A foaming resin fills a space formed with the mold frames 3 and 4. In this case, the foaming resin employs a liquid one and creates a sort of adhesivity to the end face by making it contact the end face of the molding 1. Then, the foaming resin is expanded to form a foamed layer 5. Then, by removing the mold frames 3 and 4, the foamed layer 5 is just foamed on the end face of the molding 1. To expand the foaming resin, the following methods can be adopted: Foaming by heating, mixed foaming using a foaming resin adapted to foam by mixing two liquids. |
