PURPOSE:To prevent any deformation of a filament mount by fixing both the supporting wire of a ballast filament mount and a wire used to fix said supporting wire to an outer tube lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A supporting wire 6 supporting the filament 4 of a ballast filament mount 2 is fixed to an outer tube lead wire 12 at a point 14 by spot welding in such a manner as to adjust these members to be in a special positional relationship with an inner tube 11. Next, a worked molybdenum wire 9 formed by treating the end of a molybdenum lead wire 7 is fixed to an outer tube lead wire 12 at a point 15 by spot welding. The filament mount 2 is fixed to the outer tube lead wire 12 at points 14 and 15 by spot welding. After that, a worked molybdenum wire 10 formed by curving the end of a molybdenum wire 7' is fixed to an inner tube lead wire 13' at a point 16 by spot welding, thereby forming an ignition circuit consisting of an outer tube lead 12, a ballast filament 2, a supporting wire 6', a molybdenum wire 7', a worked molybdenum wire 10 and an inner lead wire 13. |
