PURPOSE:To avoid the remaining of materials in a container as well as overmuch mixing of the materials even when materials of large sizes are charged by a method in which a twin-screw rotor shaft is supported slantly in such a way as to keep the basal end portion higher but the tip portion lower, and wall face of the container is formed on the conical face of the concentrical axis with each rotor shaft. CONSTITUTION:The extruder container 1 is of a two-shaft cone chape tapered toward the tip, and rotor shafts 4 and 5 are supported slantly in such a way as to keep the basal end higher but the tip lower. The discharge port 3 is positioned at the lowest level, the charging port 2 has a side width nearly equal to that of the container 1. The axial length is extended in a nearly square form from the upper part of the rear end wall 16 of the container to the upper part of the press-in portion of a screw-type blade. The Ribbon-shaped stirrers 12 and 13, for example, are extended to the basal end portion of blades 14 and 15 and the blade right below the charging port is omitted, thereby eliminating overmuch mixing of materials and also burdening of wasteful loads. A conical face of con centrical axis with two-shaft rotor shafts 4 and 5 is formed on the wall face 16. Since a strut 17 and the tips of the stirrers 12 and 13 are turned close to the wall face all the time, the remaining of materials by adherence can thus be eliminated. |
