PURPOSE:To miniaturize the titled device by placing oppositely the 1st and 2nd electrodes via a dielectric and setting each earth terminal or common terminal of the electrodes so as to be made opposite at the electrodes to connect an input signal source to the 1st electrode and a load to the electrode. CONSTITUTION:The tuning transformer device 92 consists of a primary inductance 90 made of the 1st electrode and a secondary inductance 91 made of the 2nd electrode and the inductances 90, 91 are coupled by the dielectric. Moreover, each earth terminal is led out respectively in the opposite direction to each other, and the input signal source 94 is connected to the inductance 90 and an output-side load 96 is connected to the inductance 91. The 1st and 2nd electrodes 16, 17 functioning as respectively the inductances 90, 91 are arranged oppositely via the plate form dielectric 15 to the transformer device 92, and an earth terminal 18 and an open terminal 19 of the electrode 16 are made opposite by an earth terminal 20 and an open terminal 21 of the opposite electrode 17. Then an unstable element such as a lead inductance is eliminated and the device is miniaturized. |
