<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction through simple constitution by detecting the end of a tape by utilizing the strong tension of the payoff side hub of a cassette tape at the end of tape takeup operation. CONSTITUTION:Reel shafts 7 and 7' and a bracket 10 having a contact 17a are provided under a chassis 6 in a free slanting state. Secure operation is performed with strong tension applied at the end of the take-up operation of the tape and the end of the tape is detected securely to eliminate the need for a conventional fine adjustment and also facilitate and secure the manufacture. Fitting parts of the reels 7 and 7' are held normally horizontal with spring pressure, so the reel shafts 7 and 7' are raised vertically and the bracket 10 slants and then returns automatically. Said constitution is employed to not only one bracket, but also a couple of brackets, so said effect is obtained in the reproduction and recording of the tape recorder of, specially, auto reverse mechanism even in rewinding operation as well as in play and fast-forward modes. Further, the structure is simplified very much.</p> |
