A prefabricated balcony-construction element (3) comprises a balcony slab (5) which is fastened to prefabricated floor slabs (6). The balcony slab (5) and prefabricated floor slab (6) are individual, separately producible prefabricated parts which can be mounted separately one after the other on the carcass of the building, and the elements used to connect the slabs are round reinforcing bars (7) which have been cast in, run in the upper cross-sectional region (12) both of the balcony slab (5) and of the prefabricated floor slab (6), and which, with mounting ends (8) bearing an external thread, bridge an insulation joint (9) between the slabs and can be bolted to counter-elements. After bolting, the balcony slab (5) and the prefabricated floor slab (6) are supported against each other in their lower cross-sectional region (13) via a load-transferring centring piece (14), and the insulation joint (9) is at least partially filled with insulating material. <IMAGE>
