PURPOSE:To shorten practical dimensions of a guide mechanism by constituting the guide mechanism of a disc carrying mechanism with a guide means, which supports a disc holding part in two positions in the moving direction in one side of the moving direction, and a supporting body which supports it in the entrance side in the other side of the moving direction. CONSTITUTION:A tray 10 is provided in the front part of a housing so that the tray 10 can be projected out of the housing from a rectangular opening part of a front panel. A subchassis 6 is extended in the longitudinal direction and is arranged and fixed on the upper face in the right end part of a main chassis 5. A V groove 6a as a guide path is formed on the upper face of the chassis 6. A V groove 12a facing the groove 6a is formed on a slide base 12 which is fixed on the tray 10 in accordance with the chassis 6. A bearing member 14a held freely turnably by a retainer 14 is inserted between grooves 6a and 12a. A supporting body 9 arranged near the opening part of the front panel supports the left part of the tray 10 in one position so that it can be moved freely only in the longitudinal direction. Thus, practical dimensions of the guide supporting mechanism are shortened. |
