PURPOSE:To eliminate a rectifier and a magnet by providing a rotor made only of a core and a stator having a coil to be applied with an AC power source. CONSTITUTION:When a brush 11b is contacted with the segment of a commutator 9, a coil 3b is energized, and a rotor made only of a core is rotated at 60 deg. clockwise to coincide with the direction of a pole generated by the coil. Then, the segment and the brush 11b are separated, the other end of the segment is contacted with the brush 11a to energize the coil 3a, and the rotor is further rotated at 60 deg.. At this time, the segment and the brush 11c are similarly contacted to energize the coil 3c, the rotor is further rotated at 60 deg. to 180 deg. from the initial position. Thereafter, the coils 3a-3c are sequentially energized similarly to continuously rotate the rotor. |
