发明名称 TIME DIVIDED FOURIER TRANSFORM INFRARED MEASUREMENT METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce considerably the time for measurement by applying plural times of stimuli to a sample during one movement of a moving mirror. CONSTITUTION:Timings for plural irradiations of UV rays are shifted by time DELTAt each and the moving mirror 5 is moved back and forth by a desired number of times at every ending of one movement of the moving mirror. The IR light influenced by the movement of the mirror 5 and the irradiation of the UV rays to a sample cell 6 is detected by a detector 8 and the detected interferrogram signal is subjected to A-D conversion by the sampling signal shown in the figure (b). The signal subjected to the A-D conversion is stored in a memory 13. A computer 12 obtains the interferrogram when the sample attains the desired state by reading out and editing only the signal of the prescribed time elapsed from the timewhen the IV rays are irradiated out of the stored signals.
