MANUFACTURE OF STATOR OF INDUCTION MOTOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture and assembling of a stator and to increase the accuracy by cutting a portion for coupling pole pieces of a core plate of part of a plurality of pole couplers to form an air gap for a magnetic resistance. CONSTITUTION:Stator windings 13a-13d are engaged with four poles 10a-10d redially projected from a plurality of pole couplers 9 from the free end side, the free ends of the four poles 10a-10d are engaged with the recesses 8a-8d for coupling the poles of a stator yoke 7 to couple the couplers 9 with the yoke 7. Then, the coupling portions of pole shoes 11a-11d of core plates at both sides 9 are separated to form an air gap for a magnetic resistance.
