PURPOSE:To make the speed at charging/discharge speed equal and to attain the high speed operation by abolishing a control switch of a charge circuit so as to duplicate the discharge circuit. CONSTITUTION:The charging current by a charging current source 8 and a discharge current by discharge current sources 9, 10 are made equal. When control switches 11, 12 are both opened, a current flows to the current source 8 and charges up an output terminal 13. When one of the switches 11, 12 is closed and the other is opened, the charge current by the current source 8 is discharge by one of current sources 9, 10 resultig that neither charging nor discharging is conducted. Moreover, when both switches 11, 12 are closed, the charging current by the curent source 8 is discharged by the current sources 9, 10, and the current equal to he discharge current by the current source 8 is discharged from the output terminal 13. Thus, the switching of the current sources 9, 10 is controllecd by a transistor of the same type so as to attain the balanced operation in high speed.
