<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the mounting man-hour of an earth brush by fitting a motor case to a stator and also contacting a contact of the earth brush to a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A stator 18 including a drive coil 17 is fixed to a lower part of a fixed cylinder 2, a rotor 16 including a drive magnet 15 is fitted to a pre-load boss 8 of a bearing 5 and they constitute a rotary cylinder direct rive drum motor. A closed magnetic path is formed with the drive magnet 15 at the outside of the stator 18 and a case 19 made of a magnetic material to prevent invasion of foreign material to the inside of motor is fixed to the stator 18 by caulking or screwing. The earth brush 20 is fixed to the inside of the case 19 by spot welding or the like and the case 19 is fixed to the stator 18 and also spring property has a structure where the contact 13 at the tip is in contact with the rotary shaft.</p> |
