<p>The process consists of (a) introducing graded wood fibre, together with milled and graded textile fibre, into an opener-loader from where it passes to conveyor belt; (b) intermixing the fibres in machine which delivers them to feeder, from where they pass a conveyor belt to the first sheeter with resin applied from container; (c) passing through the second sheeter, surface coating rollers and polymerisation oven, to length control and guillotine.</p> |
