PURPOSE:To make uniform temperature heating possible so as to provide stable quality, by applying to a macromolecular material an adhesive agent whose boiling point is up to the melting point of the macromolecular material and whose boiling point is near the heat-treating operation temperature, and heating the adhesive agent to evaporate. CONSTITUTION:A mocromolecular material 2 is dipped in a dipping tank 6 containing an adhesive agent 7 so that the material 2 is impregnated with the adhesive agent 7. The macromolecular material 2 impregnated with the adhesive agent 7 is subjected to microwave dielectric heating by a heating apparatus 10, and when the temperature level reaches the level of the boiling point of the adhesive agent 7, the adhesive agent 7 evaporates. Thus the macromolecular material 2 is deprived of the heat due to the heat of evaporation, and therefore the temperature thereof would not increase. Accordingly, by setting the moving speed of the macromolecular material 2 suitably, uniform temperature heating of the macromolecular material 2 can be easily attained, so that abnormal rising of temperature of scattering of temperature can be prevented.
