<p>PURPOSE:To provide a titled liquid emulsifying agent having improved emulsifying performance and adhesion to aggregate and an improved shelf life by compounding a specific amine compd. having an aliphat. hydrocarbon group and a selected specific carboxylic acid at a specific rate. CONSTITUTION:>=1 Kind of amine compd. is selected from the group consisting of monoamine and polyamine having 8-22C atom aliphat. hydrocarbon group. Said amine compd. as well as >=1 kind selected from 2-10C atom straight chain satd. carboxylic acid, 4-18C atom branched chain satd. carboxylic acid, 12-18C atom straight chain unsatd. carboxylic acid, 5-18C atom satd. carboxylic acid having a naphthene nucleus, 7-18C atom arom. carboxylic acid having a benzene nucleus, and dimer acid consisting essentially of 36C atom dicarboxylic acid are incorporated at 4/1-2/3 by weight, whereby a liquid emulsifying agent for an asphalt emulsion is prepd. Said emulsifying agent has a good shelf life and adhesion to aggregate.</p> |
