<p>PURPOSE:To produce a metallic mesh expressing freely a picture pattern by coating pieces each made of a metal having claws individually with specific paints of different colors and combining adequately the same with metallic rings of the same colors or different colors into a fabric shape. CONSTITUTION:Thin metallic sheets consisting of aluminum, brass, etc. are individually coated preliminarily with thermosetting acrylic resin paints of at least >=2 kinds of different colors and are sheared, pressed and bent to manufacture pieces 1 erected with claws 11. The same thin metallic sheet is blanked to form rings 2. The claws 11 of each piece 1 are freely inserted into the circule of the ring 2 and are bent oppositely inward. The other piece 1 is further detained via the ring 2 to the piece 1, by which a metallic mesh is formed like a woven fabric. A picture pattern P is produced by combining adequately the pieces 1 and the rings 2 having different color relations.</p> |
