PURPOSE:Solid coffee capable of being put into the mouth without water, shakin off sleepiness, obtained by solidifying a mixture of powder coffee, powdered milk, and sugar under pressure and heating. CONSTITUTION:Coffee powder is mixed with powdered milk and sugar, and the mixture is solidified under pressure and heating, to give the desired solid coffee. This solid coffee is applicable to people when one dislikes liquid coffee, drives an automobile, or an electric car, or when one does office work, and people puts it in ones mouth. By this invention, caffeine is taken without water, and useful to keep one awake.
