PURPOSE:To attain a fair response by displaying numbers of trunk line terminals having an incoming call on a display in the incoming order. CONSTITUTION:When an operator A in a group A hangs up the receiver of a telephone set according to the number displayed on a display 20, a detecting circuit 8 detects the action, and its signal is given to a CPU. Then a trunk line circuit 5 is separated from the trunk line terminal having the incoming, and the display on the display 20 is changed to the number of the oldest incoming in an RAM 19. When the operator A terminates the response to hang on the receiver, a program is returned to its original state. Afterward, when the operator A picks up the corresponding telephone set according to the number displayed on the display 20, the incoming is again program-processed. In case of a group B, an operator B responds the incoming in accordance with the number displayed on a display 21. |
