PURPOSE:To photograph without being out of focus on a target object by making it possible to select a normal mode, where only one light emitting element is driven to obtain one distance measuring information, and a wide-visual field mode where plural light emitting elements are driven to obtain plural distance measuring information. CONSTITUTION:If a wide-visual field mode selecting switch 131 is turned on, the output of an inverter 132 is at the high level, and therefore, the Q output of a flip-flop 111 is at the high level when a clock input is given to a shift register, and consequently, a signal line 41 is set to the high level, and a light emitting element 1 is driven to start the distance measuring operation. Next, when a clock pulse is inputted, the Q output of the flip-flop 111 is set to the low level, and the Q output of a flip-flop 112 is set to the high level, and therefore, the signal line 41 and a signal line 42 are set to the low level and the high level respectively, and a light emitting element 2 is driven instead of the light emitting element 1, and the visual field of distance measurement is changed. If the switch 131 is turned off, only a signal line 43 is at the high level, and only a light emitting element 3 is selected. |
