PURPOSE:To attain sufficient administration for construction work by compacting sand piles by providing a sensor to detect the compacting degree by torsional vibration for the blade part and also a sensor to detect the compacting degree by vertical vibration for the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Plural flat plate-shaped blade parts 12 are attached at a given interval circumferentially to the tip of a hollow cylinder 10. A pair of first sensors 22 are provided between the blade parts 12 to measure the compacting degree by torsional vibration. A cylindrical second sensor is set along the longitudinal direction of the cylinder 10 at the central part of the blade parts 12 to detect the compacting degree of soil by application of vertical vibration to the cylinder 10. The compacting operation by the horizontal torsional vibration can thus be well controlled and the reliability of the construction work can be greatly raised. |
