PURPOSE:To perform electrostatic flocking continuously by using a tip of a die nozzle in front of a die slip of an extruder as an electrode, charging molten resin which flows through the external periphery of the electrode to cause scattering of piles. CONSTITUTION:A bar-shaped electrode 1 coated with a heat-resistant insulating material 2 such as ceramic, glass, etc. is constructed with a die nozzle. Resin R in the molten state is extruded through a space between die slips 3 to the outside of the die slip 3, and is charged by the electrode 1 while flowing through the outside periphery of the electrode 1 projected forward to scatter the pile to this area. Then, the pile is melted and bonded instantaneously. By this method, continuous flocking is performed without requiring post treatment such as adhesive agent, drying, or heat-treatment, etc.
