PURPOSE:To enable to suppress the spark voltage drop of vapor cooling medium gas to generate when a vapor cooling device is operated at low temperatures, and moreover, to prevent the cooling efficiency thereof from lowering even in the operation at the time of high temperature by a method wherein a proper amount of inactive gas, which doesn't condense, is injected in the vapor cooling receptacle of the vapor cooling device, wherein an electrical apparatus is dipped and sealed in vapor cooling medium liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a rectifier 16 is not operated at an ambient temperature such as a low temperature of -30 deg.C, the gas interface 25 of nitrogen gas 30 and fleon 113 (fleon) gas 20 has been pushed down downwards and the pressure to apply on a fleon liquid level 15 becomes high than the steam pressure of the fleon gas 20 in the ambient temperature. For that reason, even when the operation of the rectifier 16 is started under this condition and parts of a fleon liquid 10 where the fleon liquid 10 comes in contact to the rectifier 16 are locally heated and boil, there in no possibility that the rectifier 16 is insulatingly broken. When the operation of the rectifier 16 is started at high ambient temperatures, the gas interface 25 rises and condensed parts 12 result in being filled with the fleon gas 20. As a result, there is nothing at all that the cooling efficiency of the condensed parts 12 is hindered. |
