PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency, by a method wherein a part of the side wall body of a working barge forms an opening and closing side wall which can be freely opened and closed, and is structured to be openable with the aid of a control means for buoyancy through the feed and exhaust of the air in the openable side wall. CONSTITUTION:After a working barge 1 is towed to a given place after builting of a concrete structure 3 on a mound 2 is completed, a turnbuckle is unfastened to bring a side wall body 5a and an openables side side wall 5b into a separable state. Thereafter, water is poured in the barge 1 and when it is sunk on a sea bottom to open a valve 15, the air in a lower chamber B is released, and the side wall 5b is lowered under gravity as it is moved parallel through pins 9 and 11 and a link 10. After the side wall 5b is completely lowered, the structure 3 is pulled out from barge 1. |
