PURPOSE:To shorten a time from a start to a constant speed rotating speed with a simple structure by providing a control circuit having the first timing for rotary starting time and the second timing for normal time rotation. CONSTITUTION:A rotor RT is composed of a magnet, and stator coils SC1, SC2 are wound on a stator ST. The rotary position of the rotor RT is detected by Hall elements H1-H4, and the outputs are inputted to a controller CC. The controller CC has the first timing for the rotary start and the second timing for constant time rotation, and the timing is switched by a timer TM. A torque is increased at the starting time, and the timing is set to prevent the irregular torque at the normal time. |
