READILY SOLUBILIZING ASPARTAME COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:The titled composition that contains a foaming agent and aspartame at a specific ratio and is adjusted in its particle size, thus being readily soluble even in cold water and used as a sweetener of low calories to be added to beverage separately. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by combining 10-80wt% of a foaming agent with 5-60wt% of aspartame and adjusting its particle size to 30 mesh pass.
