摘要 <p>A laser processing system (1) is provided with a robot (2) of which the tip (2a) is attached with a laser scanner (3), and a control device (5) having a robot control system (10) and a laser scanner control system (20). The robot control system (10) outputs a scanner command related to the operation of the laser scanner (3) while simultaneously controlling the operation of the robot (2) and is provided with a robot operation simulation unit (15) for simulating the operation of the robot (2) after a control delay time (?t), and a scanner command value computing unit (16) for outputting a scanner command on the basis of the simulation results. The laser scanner control system (20) controls the operation of the laser scanner (3) in accordance with the scanner command. The control delay time (?t) is set as the time from when the scanner command is outputted to when the scanner control system (20) begins to control.</p>
