PURPOSE:To allow simple editing by reading pictures by each block of a prescribed size and providing a block to be read with an editing address. CONSTITUTION:This reader is installed on originals to be recorded, a recording input switch 20 is turned on and a copy button 16 is depressed. When an address input button is brought into the in state, a recorded picture is provided with an address and recorded. Simultaneously an address is outputted to an address display 26. When the recorded picture signal is outputted by the recorded address, re-arrangement of the of the recorded picture and re-editing of picture segmentary recorded become possible. Moreover recording of originals having the laser area than that of this picture recording device one time will be possible.
