PURPOSE:To easily perform the deodorizing, sterilization and pasturization of water, by providing a sub-line for supplying air to an aspirator to a liquid passing main line to which the aspirator and a stationary type line-mixer are arranged. CONSTITUTION:Drinking water is supplied under pressure from the upstream side of an aspirator 2. The aspirator 2 functions by the inflow energy of drinking water to bring a sub-line 4 to a reduced pressure state. At this time, air is sucked into the spirator 2 through the sub-line 4. The confluent air-liquid mixture of air and drinking water flows a main line 1 and is flowed into a stationary type line-mixer 3. The stationary type line-mixer 3 utilizes the inflow energy of the air-liquid mixture to apply dispersing and mixing action to air and drinking water. Therefore, the amount of dissolved oxygen in drinking water can be enriched.
