FURNACE WALL STRUCTURE IN INDUSTRIAL FURNACE FUEL HOLE

PURPOSE:To restrict the heat dissipation at the fuel hole by a method wherein the combustion cylinder of a burner main body is extended up to the opening part of a burner tile and thermally insulated by thermal insulator at an outer circumference of the combustion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A metallic burner main body 1 and fire-proof burner tile 2 are separated and installed at a furnace wall 3. A combustion cylinder 8 extended from the burner main body is extended up to an opening part 9 of the burner tile 2. Thermally insulated body 10 arranged at the outer circumference of the part of the extended combustion cylinder 8 is comprised of a ceramic fiber, fire- prool thermal insulation bricks or the like. With this arrangement, it is possible to make a substantial restriction of thermal dispersion at the burner fixing part.
