PURPOSE:To enable photoelectric conversion of the light which expands over an extremely wide area by arranging reflection mirros of light provided with conductive electrodes with facing each other so as to reverse the polarity of a voltage generated in one electrode by reflection of light and to add it to a voltage of another electrode. CONSTITUTION:An incident light 1 enters in a space formed between a reflective surface 2 and a reflective surface 3. The light reciprocates between the reflective surfaces 2 and 3 by reflection. Momentum of the light is reversed at eash reflection so that a quantity of the variation is supplied from the reflective surfaces. This momentum is collective polarization when the reflective surfaces 2 and 3 are of metal and include free electrons. Also the reflective surfaces 2 and 3 are of insulator and induction rate difference of interference occurs, the momentum depends on an optical mode of atomic oscillation. It is more preferable to utilize a metallic reflective surface because a metallic conductive layer is necessary in order to extract energy as a quantity of electricity. Also it is possible to obtain the variation of momentum by single reflection, but an inversion rate of light energy is small on the surface of high reflectance so that multi-reflection is preferable. |
