PURPOSE:To make it possible to remarkably shorten the time required for mounting cooling fins by using cooling fins of a specific shape and further to accurately hold respective cooling fins at a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:Each of the cooling fins 7 is constituted in such a manner that a projecting part 9 having a fitting hole 8 at the central part of a thin radiating plate of a metal excellent in heat conductivity such as copper aluminum or the like, and a fitting part 10 in which the projecting part 9 can be fitted concentrically with a fitting hole, is formed at the end part of the radiating plate side of the fitting hole 8. The length of the projecting part 9 of the cooling fin 7 is set to a predetermined mounting interval, and the tip end of the projecting part 9 of one cooling fin 7 is fitted in the fitting part 10 of other adjacent cooling fin 7. Thus, a predetermined number of the cooling fins 7 are directly connected or the cooling fins 7 are elastically connected to constitute cooling fin assemblies 11. These cooling fin assemblies 11 are mounted on the end part of a shaft 2 through which a heat pipe 1 is inserted, and clamp nuts 14 are screwed to a screws 12 provided on the shaft end of fix the cooling fits to the shaft 2. |
