PURPOSE:To perform regulated water level operation having constant regulation rate irrespective of variation of the number of operating nozzles by employing the opening of each nozzle group of Pelton turbine added with ratio corresponding with the number of nozzle group as a recovery level. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a detector 12 in a water level detector 10 and a setting signal for a water level setter 14 are provided to an adder 18 then a ratio operating unit 20 having the inverse of the number of nozzle group as gain is connected to each opening detector 16, 16, 16. Then their output signals are provided to an adder 22 and through a ratio operating unit 24 to an adder 18 to produce a signal of added values which is employed for control of water level regulator 26. |
