PURPOSE:To provide a titled control device which maintains specified concn. of an acid soln. and improves the stability of a pickling effect with a control device for the concn. of the acid soln. in a continuous pickling installation by predicting the influence of the change in an operating condition on the concn. and controlling the flow rate of pickling so as to offset the same. CONSTITUTION:The acid concn. gamma in an acid tank 1 of a pickling installation is expressed by the equation II generally as a non-linear relation from the speed V, width W, the pickling temp. T and the thickness R of a copper plate 2 and the inflow rate Q of the acid soln. The relation among the respective microfluctuations from the equil. state to be a reference is expressed as a model of the fluctuation in the concn. of the acid soln. by the equation II. The flow rate command value expressed by the equation IIIis outputted to a flow rate control system C from an arithmetic device 12 in order to offset the temp. change DELTAgamma. The sum of the flow rate command value Y2 based on the above-mentioned change in the operating condition and the flow rate command value Y1 by the proportional-integrating calculation based on the deviation between the concn. from the concn. meter and the set concn. is inputted to the control system C to realize said flow rate with this control device for concn.
