PURPOSE:To intend wheeled transition containers which are divided into an internal department container, a surgical department container and so forth according to the intended use in the diagnostic department and furnished with relevant sets of diagnosis and treatment instruments and equipment, for use in the diagnosis and treatment activities in the doctorless village or the doctorless region, or for disaster relief purpose by firmly mounting the specified number of containers as many as required on a boat. CONSTITUTION:A set of diagnostic and treatment equipment required according to the diagnostic and treatment departments such as internal department, surgical department and so on is furnished inside each of transition containers provided with travelling wheels 10, an outrigger 12 and so forth. Those containers are mounted on a boat and transported to doctorless villages, and regions or regions demanding disaster relief activities. For example, an internal department container 1, a surgical container 2, a radiographical department container 5 are loaded on the boat on the plane above a shallow draft and landed each in the specified region so as to be used for aids in various medical activities.
