In the case of an inner race for a wobble mechanism which contains an inner race (6, 11, 14, 16) which, on its circumferential surface, has a ball groove (5) extending obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the said race , and which mechanism furthermore consists of an outer race (7), surrounding the said inner race (6, 11, 14, 16) and having a ball groove in its bore, and of a ring of balls (8) which roll in the grooves of the two races (6, 7, 11, 14, 16), the inner race (6, 11, 14, 16) is designed as a sheet-metal formed part which has a tubular portion (2), with a ball groove (5) formed without cutting, which at one axial end has a holding region by means of which the inner race (6, 11, 14, 16) is connected directly to the shaft (9, 17). <IMAGE>
