Control devices for wrapping devices with V-belt control gears and with radial cam adjustment of their adjustment cones via the conical rotors in contact with the said radial cams are designed in such a way that in the proposed embodiments, additional radial pressures are imparted to the sliding hubs of the adjustment cones of the control assemblies. These additional radial forces are eliminated according to the invention by actuating adjustment of the control assembly adjustment cones by means of control sleeves on the bearing bushes of the control assemblies, the contact between the adjusting radial cam and the control sleeve always remaining in the region of the bearing bush.
