PURPOSE:To enable automatic control of economical power source turning-on by providing a selecting device of functions of cutting network according to the kind of a communication device connected through a digital switching network. CONSTITUTION:When a digital circuit switching network 3 is connected, on receiving a communication permission from a switching network, the device executes predetermined procedures between an objective device of communication so as to inform that a fixed time is necessary for a communication device 5 to become communicable state. By cut off a command from the digital circuit switching network or sending out of a request for restoration from the device, the network is cut off once, and the power source of the communication device 5 is turned on from an interface circuit 4-4 through a signal line S6. When a main controlling circuit 4-2 detects through the interface circuit 4-4 that the communication device 5 is in communicable state through the signal line S6, a signal line S1 is connected to S7 by a signal line S3, and an interface signal with the circuit is connected to the communication device 5. The succeeding call control and telegram exchange are controlled by the communication device 5, and the action is continued until completion of communicating action of the communication device 5 is detected by an interface signal S6. |
