摘要 PURPOSE:To attain to enlarge a scanning region while high locating accuracy is held, by using a multilayered cylinder, wherein each layer transmits force of independent degree of freedom, as a force transmitting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A casing 5 pierces through a rotary plug 6 and the force transmitting mechanism in the casing 5 reaches the vicinity of a core 1. The theta-rotation (rotation around the theta scanning force transmitting cylinder 401 of a probe 2) of a probe 2 is performed by rotating the probe 2 along with a probe arm 3 by the cylinder 401 and the gamma-scanning (movement along the arm 3) of the probe 2 is performed by rotating a ball screw through bevel gears 421, 301 by the rotation of a gamma-scanning force transmitting cylinder 402. The downward suspending function of the arm is achieved by an angle control force transmitting cylinder 403, a bevel gear 422 and the bevel gear 307 fixed to the arm 3. gamma- and theta-scanning drive motors are received in a drive part 7 and the control of a scanning speed or scanning order is performed by a scanning control part 81 and a fluoroscopic image processor 81 is provided so as to use the ultrasonic echo from the upper part of the core to image the upper part of the core 1.
