PURPOSE:To provide a polyurethane having low viscosity and improved workability, and suitable as a paint, etc., by reacting an NCO-terminated urethane prepolymer of a specific polymeric polyol with a silane coupling agent containing active hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyurethane is produced by reacting (A) an NCO- terminated urethane prepolymer of a polymeric polyol obtained by reacting (i) a polymeric polyol composed of (a) a polyol and (b) an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (preferably a mixture of acrylic acid, etc. and gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane, etc.) with (ii) a polyisocyanate with (B) a silane coupling agent containing active hydrogen (preferably a compound having active hydrogen-containing group such as hydroxyl group and a hydrolyzable silyl group such as halosilyl group). EFFECT:Curable in air at normal temperature. High adhesivity to inorganic material.
