摘要 PURPOSE:Means for retarding the mixing rate of catalyst particles in the vertical direction is installed in two stages in the fluidized bed to cause temperature difference in the top, middle and lower areas of the means to effect catalystic cracking of heavy oil and hydrogen generation, resulting in increased yield in light oil fractions and hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:The catalyst from the regenerator column 1 is introduced into the H2 generation zone 11 between the two mixing rate retarders 10, 10' in the cracker 2 and steam 12 is fed from the bottom. Thus, catalyst particles are fluidized and H2 is generated so that the catalyst is kept in the oxidative state. The generated H2 and unreacting stream are allowed to move together with the catalyst to the heavy oil-cracking zone 13 where heavy oil is fed from the bottom to effect cracking. The cracking product and H2 are passed through cyclon 15 and taken out of the system for isolation and purification. In the meantime, the catalyst covered with coke on its surface during the cracking is sent to the generator 1 and the oxidation catalyst in the zone 11 is cooled with water in the temperature-controlling zone 11, roasted in the desulfurization column 3 and used to inhibit coking on the cracker 2.
