USE:Antibacterial agent having excellent activity especially against Gram-positive bacteria. PREPARATION:For example, the substituted oxyiminothiazolylacetic acid derivative of formula II (R<2> and R<3> are h or amino-protecting group), etc. is made to react with the 7-amino-3-cephem derivative of formula III (R<4> is same as R<2> and R<3>; R<5> is H or COOH-protecting group) in an inert solvent such as THF, under cooling or at room temperature, and if necessary, the protecting group is eliminated.</p> |
