PURPOSE:To simply and ensurely anchor a structure on the water in a given position and in a given direction by providing two parallel anchoring cables at a large interval at the front and the rear on the side of the structure and also providing two parallel anchoring cables at a large interval on the right and the left sides, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In order to move a ship 1 in a desired direction, for example, if winches W1 and W2 are forwardly rotated to wind wires L1 and L2 and further winches W3 and W4 are reversely rotated, it is possible to move the ship 1 toward anchors A1 and A2. And also, in the same manner, if winches W5 and W6 are forwardly rotated and further winches W7 and W8 are reversely rotated, it is possible to move the ship 1 toward anchors A5 and A6. Thus, it is possible to easily and ensurely anchor the ship 1 in a desired position.
