PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual sticking caused by treated parts by introducing the captioned parts into a heating furnace of inert atmosphere to pre-treat them while giving them vibration, taking them outside the furnace and cooling them, thereafter introducing them into the furnace of inert atmosphere maintained at a fixed temperature in order to treat them by heating while giving them vibration. CONSTITUTION:For instance, a substrate metal body 10 of cathode-constituting member serving as one of electron tube parts is put in a boat 1. Then the boat 1 placed on a boat-tray jig 6 is introduced into a heating furnace 5 of 450 deg.C hydrogen atmosphere. The substrate metal body 10 is subjected to pre-treatment heating while being vibrated by a vibrator 7 installed outside the furnace 5. Next, after being taken outside the furnace 5, it is allowed to stand at an ordinary temperature while being vibrated. Thereafter, it is introduced into the heating furnace 5 of hydrogen atmosphere at the fixed temperature of 950 deg.C and is subjected to heat treatment while being vibrated. Thus, the mutual sticking caused by the treated parts can be prevented and the desired treatment can be performed. |
