PURPOSE:To maintain a constant temperature of a pot which is placed on the plate by controlling the plate temperature by a thermistor disposed at a location where the temperature is same as that of the plate so as to narrow the difference between the upper and lower limits of the plate temperature. CONSTITUTION:The thermistor 32 is heated through a heat insulator 31 by the hot air flow in the space 30 and the direct radiation heat from the glass tube lamp heater 28. The temperature of this thermistor 32 is set to a desired temperature by selecting the type and thickness of the heat insulator 31 or the length of a tubular member 29 so that when the plate 24 reached the upper limit of the temperature rise, it may be turned off. As the heat mass of the thermistor 32, heat insulator 31 and tubular member 29 is made small, the response to the radiation heat of the glass tube lamp heater becomes sensitive, and the temperature of said plate 24 can be maintained nearly at a constant level with a narrow ON-OFF range. |
