PURPOSE:To prevent chattering sound from being generated and improve appearance by making a fan housing, which covers an engine cooling fan, a double walled structure and making a hollow part between the double walls serve as a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION:An engine cooling fan 3 and a driven pulley 4 are fixed to a crank shaft 2. A fan housing 7 has a double walled structure, and a hollow part between the double walls is made serve as a fuel tank 9. The part surrounding an engine cooling air intake port 12 is made a nearly cylindrical cooling air duct along the direction of a crank shaft. A recoil stater 10, which drives the driven pulley 4, is installed on the inner surface, at the center 11, of the fan housing 7. Thereby, the chattering sound from the fan housing can be prevented from being generated while the number of parts can be reduced as well as the appearance can be improved.
