发明名称 MAGNETIC RECORDING AND REPRODUCING ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy winding job with no breakage of winding by having a minute area of an optional and specific plane form centering on a magnetic gap as a tip part of a magnetic recording/reproducing element and also approximately equal section form and area over a distance longer than the lifetime side of said magnetic gap. CONSTITUTION:The thickness Wt of a thin film 1 serving as a ferromagnetic material is set equal to the record tracking width to be formed to a magnetic recording medium. A gap 2 is formed to the film 1 by means of a dioxide silicon thin film, etc. The film 1 of extremely small thickness is attached to supporing members 3 and 4 containing a high hardness material having wear resistance at both sides respectively to increase the mechanical strength and the wear resistance of a recording/reproducing element. For this element, a minute area having a square plane form is formed at the tip part of the element centering on the gap 2 and at the same time an approximately equal section form and area are formed over a distance L longer than the lifetime size (l) of the gap 2. This facilitates the winding to a winding hole of a core.
