PURPOSE:To allow a processing tool to move in synchronization with the material to be processed by controlling swing motion of a swinging member such as flying shear by interlocked operation of main servo driver device with an aux. servo driver device. CONSTITUTION:Control of a flying shear is performed by moving the cutting edge (tool) in synchronization with the point to be cut on a material to be processed (a strip). When a controller for the drive system operates in compliance with a speed command, the angle velocity and revolving angle of an eccentric shaft 11 driven by main drive motor lare sent to a synchronization control device 8 via measuring a mechanism 2 (2a, 2b). Also the angle velocity and revolving angle of another eccentric shaft 13 driven by aux. drive motor 4 are sent to the synchronization control device 8 via a measuring mechanism 5 (5a, 5b). Further the velocity and position of the material to be processed are fed into the device 8 via a measuring mechanism 7 (7a, 7b). According to this arrangement the processing tool can be moved synchronously to the material to be processed. |
